Import goods before we start a business in France?

We are setting up a business in France to sell products online. We didn’t start the business registration as micro-entrepreneur yet, probably we will do it this week.

Can I start to order my products from china, before the business registration is completed and then resell it as micro-entrepreneur business?
If yes, it is better to pay that order with the bank account that will be used solely for the business, or I should use a different account?
