Invoices - penalties

Hi Valerie,

For one of the companies I work for, I receive a ‘penalty’ (minus amount) which is taken from the amount I would otherwise have earned from all of the lessons, for certain things (e.g. late cancellation).  How should I deal with with this penalty on the invoice?  Can I put a minus balance and put the details of the penalty in the description section?
