If I provide a service of collecting rent for a third party property owner and it passes through my bank account (although not my money), will the rent be treated as income / turnover as an auto-entrepreneur? Or, is just the commission treated as my turnover? I only charge and invoice a commission for collecting it. Has there been a tax ruling on this issued by the French tax authorities?
In June you said:
A service company helping owners advertise, rent their property, organise changeovers and maintenance. With this example you would not cash in the property rent, but would charge a management fee to your customers. This could be registered as an enterprise individuelle or French limited company.
What do you mean by cash in?
