Issues with changing address on INPI

I have tried changing my address on INPI twice now and following their guidelines on how to do this. I have signed with an electronic signature and paid twice and updated my address in all the correct places in the form. Still it is not updating on my inpi profile and I’m getting post to the old address.

When I reach out to INPI they just send me the guideline again with out any explanation.

Can you help me what to do here?
