Issuing invoices at the end of the month

I’d like to issue an invoice for my customer at the end of the month, for several classes delivered during that month.  As the classes were delivered on different dates, I was paid for each of them on different days, so how would I reconcile this with my livre des recettes?

  1. Could I do 1 invoice for each class, but just send them all as a group of invoices at the end of each month?
  2. Or is there a way of doing 1 invoice but itemise each class, so that I can refer to the specific class on the specific invoice when I do my livre des recettes?
