Legal entity required for App Store as Micro Entrepreneur

The majority of my income comes from Apple for App Store subscriptions. It’s a B2B transaction and my overheads are practically zero.
Apple has informed me that 2 of my apps must be registered under a Company/Organization developer account, as they handle users tax figures (They submit UK VAT returns).

I’ve gone through the process of trying to register for a company dev account, by first obtaining a D-U-N-S number, but Apple’s systems don’t recognise it as a legal entity (Which I suspected as micro entrepreneur is basically self-employed).

This leaves me with 3 possible options:

1. Transfer the apps back to my UK Ltd. companies Apple account. I would then need to invoice the UK company for some funds each month from my French micro entrepreneur business to keep the visa police happy. I know this brings a lot of risks as I am one of 2 directors of the UK company. I am the major shareholder, and I also receive a directors basic salary.

2. Open/Start a French business with the only objective to be able to register an Apple Company Dev account. I can add my current AE bank details and have the funds paid through my AE and the new business would just be a shell that isn’t even used.

3. Go the whole hog and upgrade from micro entrepreneur. Obviously this brings a lot of extra overheads, taxes and social security charges. I would need for both my wife and I to receive payments to satisfy the minimum wage (currently we are Conjoint Collabs). I do like to do my own accounting where I am allowed.

Any advice on which route I should take? Option 1 makes no changes to my income. Is option 2 even possible? How much difference would option 3 make to our income?

Thanks
