Liquidated SARL and consequences for the consumer?

Earlier this year a SARL building business I had engaged to renovate my house liquidated, with £15,000 of my money and as much as £100,000 in total from others. Of course, I had no warning as such and everything is now in the hands of a Mandatat Judiciare. I am given to understand that I will be lucky to see a penny of my money after all the lions get their share. Will I even be entitled to see the company’s books or have it explained to me what happened to my money? Is this all I can expect from a fully legal French business entity and from the French system as a consumer?
