Looking to move to France and set up an agriculture business

We’re hoping to move to France from the UK in the next 12 months. My wife’s family live there and she has a carte sejour so we’re hoping to get mine during that time too.

We are aiming to buy a property to live here full time.

I am a qualified tree surgeon in the UK and I wondered if the qualifications I have hold value in France. And if not, are there other qualifications that I would need?

Also, at the moment I plan to keep my tree surgery business running in the UK, will this impact setting up at the same time in France?
