I am director of my Ltd. company in the UK for my work, which is organising concerts with (non-French) musicians worldwide (less than 10% in France).
I am now living in France so I am registering as auto-entrepreneur so I can pay my taxes etc here. I would like to keep the business structure in the UK (I have a UK lawyer, contracts, artists etc) but want to make sure I am not going to run into problems with the French tax authorities. If I invoice the company each month for a portion (for example 66%) of the profit I’ve generated that month and leave the remaining inside the company to cover expenses & UK corporation tax etc, is that fine from a French tax point of view?
Thanks,
Matt
