Making first micro entrepreneur declaration

I have just tried to make my first declaration on https://www.autoentrepreneur.urssaf.fr

Is the 3rd quater July August and September?
On the calculation page it is only calculating my social charges and stating “You have not opted for the payment of the income tax”. when you set up the company I thought you had registered me to pay income tax monthly. Have I not set up the site correctly? if not what do I need to do to correct this?
