Need help with Declaration Trimestrielle de Recettes form?

I am filling out for the first time the URSSAF Declaration Trimestrielle de Recettes and have two questions. Do not yet have a social security number, shall I send this in as-is without that? I have a secondary income for holiday gite rental only this last season. Do I enter that as secondary income? And if so, what is the rate of tax on that? It is not a business for the future, it was temporary.
