Net Enterprise declaration artisanales or ventes?

I’m just going to complete the declaration for the 2nd quarter and noticed that it has slightly changed from previously. I’m now unsure which declaration box I need to complete, either:
1. Chiffre d’affaires des ventes de marchandises, or
2. Chiffre d’affaires des prestations de services commerciales ou artisanales

As I make jewellery to sell would it be the first ‘ventes de marchandises’ or is this only for when you sell-on goods you’ve bought in from i.e. a wholesaler? I don’t want to get this wrong as I think there’s a big difference in tax charged.
