OK working with others auto-entrepreneur traiteur a domicile?

As an auto-entrepreneur traiteur a domicile in France, cooking for clients in their homes and rented venues, what is the best way to deal with the issue of waiting staff? From time to time I am asked to cater for larger events and I know several people who are auto-entrepreneur’s serveurs / serveuses. If the clients pay them direct does this have any effect on me?
Also, for larger events I need another auto-entrepreneur business traiteur to work alongside me. Can we do this? Do we need some sort of sub-contract? Is this possible under the auto-entrepreneur scheme?
