On what turnover should the Formation Professionnelle Artisan be paid?

My business in France has two categories of turnover:

  1. Ventes de Marchandises
  2. Prestations de Services

I have to pay the Formation Professionnelle Artisan at 0.3%. Can you please confirm whether I should calculate that on the total turnover or on just the element that relates to the Prestations de Service?
