Opening a bank account for a French EURL business?

I am interested in opening a entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL) in France as a foreign citizen (EU - Slovenia). I heard there are some problems with it, meaning it’s more complicated to open a bank account for a company as a foreign citizen. Is it true, if so, what is the standard procedure to open an account? Asking this as I wouldn’t like to change my resident permit (Slovenia -> France), as this is one of the requirements needed, so I heard.

Also how is this with TVA number, how can a company get a TVA number so that it can charge its services or merchandise with TVA?

Asking, as in Slovenia companies get a tax number but without a Slovenia prefix. A company receives a TVA SI number after it makes 50,000 euros revenue or before in some cases. How is with this in France?
