Pages jaunes scam and devis checklist?

I am a registered artisan entrepreneur. I am getting so much information through the post I feel I need to check exactly what I need and what is junk mail. I have had a bill from pages jaunes for 298.60 euros. I dont want to advertise in pages jaune, or do I have to? Could you also tell me what other companys are neccary to respond to? Also when doing a facture or devis do I just write my name and address, siret number customers name and address - is there anything else?
