Paying other businesses / persons

I am looking into expanding next year. The situation would involve larger sums of money being paid directly to me, then me paying another business/person with this money taken.
Now, I understand the limit I can earn is €34,500, so if I was to take €45,000 in invoicing, but then pay someone else €15,000 from the total of all this, would I still stay within my threshold? And, how can I do this, without putting it on the customer’s invoice?
I imagine, if I asked for €10,000 for services, and paid someone else €4,000, then I would enter €6,000 as my sum for the month on services… Therefore, only be taxed on the €6,000?
Thanks for your help!
