I am in the process of setting up a personal shopping company in Paris I have designed the wesite and marketing tools however need to now make it legal. So I have 3 questions:

  1. I have a degree in Fashion and Marketing from a University in the UK and have worked in the fashion industry - will my education be enough in terms of official training as this is a servie based company.
  2. I will be working alone on this for the for seeable future however I am unsure as to what legal heading a personal shopping company comes under?
  3. I have a brand name for my company which I will use for website and branding is it best to register with the company name or my actual name?
