Professional / commercial name for my micro entreprise

I got a domain name through an annual Google Workspace subscription to have a professional website and e-mail address for my micro entreprise. Before that, I had confirmed that the name was available for use by going through free search engines on the Internet and through the INPI website (but without going through INPI’s in-depth, paid search service). Then I added the name as my “nom commercial” in my micro enterprise registration form, and it now appears on my “Synthèse - Version définitive” as my “nom commercial/nom d’exploitation.”

My question are:
1 - Does this mean that I now have the legal right to use this name in my brochures, contracts, quotes, invoices, etc. (of course alongside my first name, last name, and EI mention), or do I have to apply for a French trademark before I could do so?

2 - And what happens in the meantime? I heard that it could take up to two months to go through a trademark registration.

Thanks in advance for your help.
