Projet de statut for business visa application
My wife and I are in the process of applying for separate ‘professional liberal’ visas - hers is going through fine, we think, but mine keeps coming back…
The latest request from the ministry of Interior, after completing the form that the visa office asked me to do, is for a ‘projet de statut’...
I have completed a CERFA and an ACRO, submitted all documents including a business plan, adapted to emphasise the ‘commercial’ rather than ‘artisanal’ so no previous skills/qualifications required, and bank statements, etc.
Is there a pro-forma somewhere for creating a ‘projet de statut’? Is this normal procedure or have I inadvertently applied for the wrong visa - Sole proprietorship/IE…?
The business is, in a nutshell, buying and selling small vans with some work being done on the vans to make them more appropriate for their end user, ie sports people, but certainly a commercial activity.
Thanks
