Below is one of your responses to a previous question.
Regime d’imposition des benefices (BNC, declaration controlee) is when you have registered an entreprise individuelle under regime réél simplifié. From an income tax point of view, your income will be considered to be your net profit. Your accountant will have to complete a declaration controlée of your income by the early May (déclaration de résultat form number 2035). This is a controlled declaration, since your accountant will have validated your bookkeeping and loss and profit account (called bilan in French).
- What are the pros and cons of ticking the boxes for BNC and declaration controlée?
- Is it possible to tick both under the regime réél simplifié?
