Registration of auto-entrepreneur property management business for 2015?
We have an auto-entrepreneur (entreprise individuelle) business here in France that involves property management, e.g. care of second homes, gardening, assistance with petit brico for residents in France, etc. We are registered through INSEE for an activité commerciale, autres services personnels. In looking at the post on your site regarding changes for the new year, I am trying to determine which organisation we need to register with. I believe it would be RCS however I would feel better confirming this.
I also am uncertain where to register. I have this website for RCS but do not see a category that I think applies to our situation. The closest is EIRL and I am not sure that is correct. Rather than do the wrong thing, I am seeking your advice.
