Registre APE - scam?

Having registered as an auto-entrepreneur a couple of weeks ago, today I received through the post a form from Registre APE asking me to send a cheque for €234,54 to APE - SERVICE ENREGISTREMENT. I’m assuming this is another one of those fake directory scams?
