Requirement for a child care business in France?

Does anybody know what the legal requiements are in France to start a creche or nursery. Or where we can search for information? In the UK it is now quite indepth and I am wondering if the qualification gained here would also be valid in France. As we are planning a seasonal business, could we setup and customers pay for service in the UK to be delivered in France?
