Requirements for the money receipt for profession liberale

I provide workshops and private consultation where I collect cash below 24 euros per person.

What do I need to keep as proof of the receipt?
Can I put cash to the bank account once a month? or do I need to put money into the bank account after each workshop/consultation?
How detailed I need to keep the records for money receipt? Example: 10 people x 15 euro = 150 euro for workshop XYZ. Such description is sufficient?
Do I have to record my expenses or this is not expected?
