Retraite confusion clarified?

I have been away in the States and when I got back there was the attached material in the post for me. I did not sign up with Groupe Mornay and went with Groupe Apicil and I thought that if we declared we had no employees then we would not have to pay anything above the payments we make online with Net-entreprise? Can I assume this is a mistake and I should ignore it.

I have attached the letter I got from APICIL. With that came a Certificat d’adhesion. I have had no request for money from them.
