Run a french SARL from the UK

I hope it is OK to ask Brexit related questions, as I know not much is clear yet but you might know.
After the transition period, will it be possible to continue running a french SARL, with the director/business owner being a UK citizen (permanent residency in the UK) with a private second home in France as the company address?
The business owner is paying taxes on the house but is not perusing french residency (only stays in France for a few weeks per year) or is making social contributions as he is not taking a french directors wage. The main sister company is based in the UK and he has simply staff running the french business - would he be able to do that still?
Thank you in advance.
