SARL on the basis of the ZRR exemption to corporation tax?

Having plumped for a SARL on the basis of the ZRR exemption to corporation tax, my accountant is now of the opinion that the impots will not allow dividends to be taken from tax exempted profit. As the ethos is for reinvestment of capital, not tax avoidance. He thinks this will be especially applied if I only pay non salaried worker cotisations and do not take a salary. Even if the benefits are available they would have to be repaid if the business was wound up within 13 years. He’s investigating this further.
