SASU only receive dividends, mutuelle query

I am setting up a SASU but intend to only take dividends after 12-14 months and not pay myself a salary. I believe I would pay tax of 30% on the dividends.
I understand that I would have to take out a personal mutuelle but can I put the costs through the company?
If I only take dividends am I in any way contributing to my pension in France? ( through the tax payment on the dividends perhaps ?)
As I understand it if I don’t take a salary or payment from the company and therefore do not pay any secu contributions at source I do not receive any benefits, but would I still have my carte vitale ?
Thanks very much
