I am changing my business to an SAS from a SARL. We are 3 partners so also have an SCI who have previously collected rent from the SARL. Can you tell me if I still have to keep my SCI or can it be dissolved when we change to SAS? I am trying to terminate my contract for the SARL business with Accountants who have done nothing for me, but I have to stay with them until the end of financial year 31st March 2018 to avoid penalties. When the changeover to SAS comes in shortly, I will not have a contract with them for SAS, so will they expect me to sign another contract with Them? I do not want to do this for only another 3 months, as I will be going with another Accountant in April 2018. Such confusion. Hope you can help.
