Second temporary social security number

Hi,

I got the initial social security number with the 5 0s when I registered. I saw you told someone else that it means it’s temporary and I wouldn’t be able to create accounts. They asked for documents which I sent and then they sent me another letter with un numero provisoire. It’s now 13 digits but I still can’t create accounts with it. The letter doesn’t ask me to do anything so I’ve waited a month but I haven’t received anything else. Do i just keep waiting??
