Selling on markets as an Auto-entrepreneur?

My husband and I are in the process of setting up a business using auto-entrepreneur. Our primary aim is to sell garden ornaments we make on the markets. However, we’d also like to sell other things, such as paintings, household items, greetings cards.

  1. Should we register with one umbrella activity name, such as ‘making and selling house and garden items’ or should we register several different activities?
  2. Can you register several activites under the same auto-entrepreneur registration?
  3. Also, one of the things I might do is make ‘English’ cakes for the stall. What are the health and safety requirements for doing this?
