Selling stock photos where I’m paid royalty payments?

One part of the proposed business would be selling stock photos where I’m paid royalty payments. From what I read on the agessa site, you fill in a declaration debut d’activite for the impots once there is a definite sale and it’s BNC special micro. Do I need permission from our landlord for this artiste-auteur part? The other part to organise later is selling ebooks, apps, prints etc. online with my photos, but I would not be doing printing myself. I would be uploading files to various companies for them to sell, e.g. having cafe press, amazon or some other company doing the hosting, printing, posting or electronic delivery. Only a small part of the total purchase price would come to me. I also have a lot of artwork - drawings and paintings which I would also like to sell in the same way - photography would be the main focus.

Photo walks, taking folk around to good places in the area for photos and possibly taking photos of these people and/or possibly making itineraries for people to do something similar themselves. This would not be teaching and I wouldn’t be guiding people around museums or registered monuments.

Additionally I sing and play music and I am considering selling downloads of my music at some point via bandcamp. I’m not currently considering performing but I am not completely ruling it out. I expect this is something for much later but I suppose I want to put all the ideas out to make sure i am setting off in the right way. What would be the best way of setting things up do you think? Could this all be done as auto-entrepreneur or not? When would this need to be registered, presumably this would need to be done a couple of weeks before submitting stuff to sites for potential sales? Would I need some sort of documentation and permission from our landlord for starting this business from our flat? What happens if the landlord says no?
