Sharing a space with other micro-entrepreneurs?

I have a micro-enterprise business in the health/fitness sector. My husband and I have bought a property (a studio which can be used for professional purposes like doctor’s rooms, dentist etc.) and I have since moved my business into this address.
I would like to sub-rent the studio on an hourly basis to other micro-entrepreneurs (namely a yoga instructor and a Pilates instructor). Both instructors have their own clients, would decide their own hours and do not rely on my booking/accounting system, marketing etc.
They would pay a fixed rent to my husband and I as property owners, and not rent from my business.
