Should I be paying cotisations to URSSAF or RSI?

I am registered as a profession liberale micro enterprise with only myself as an employee. After watching your videos, it seems that I should be paying cotisations either to URSSAF or to RSI, but I am paying them to both. I assumed that one was for social charges and the other for healthcare charges, but is this wrong? Should I appeal?
