Should I consider a SARL or EURL?

I currently run/own a small restaurant, regime Micro, réel simplifié  and I am TVA registered. I want to take on a larger restaurant and want to know if changing structure would be advantageous.  What are the tax rates and dividend rates regarding a SARL - basically how does it work?
