I have UK limited company and thinking of setting up a French company as an artisan auto-entrepreneur to work for a small part of the year. My UK tax office state that under double taxation laws I should declare all my income (inc. France) in the UK and pay tax in the UK. They say they will issue a certificate of residence which I should pass to the French impots so I am not taxed in France?
- Does this sound correct and acceptable for the French authorities?
- Would this include social charges?
