Should I set up an entreprise individuelle, EURL or SASU business?

I previously had an auto-entrepreneur business in France which I have now closed down. I want to set up another company in France for my full time freelance business performing technical writing for international clients. I estimate 120,000 euros per year turnover. I have asked several accountants for advice on which business structure to use, with conflicting opinions. I would love your advice too!

  1. Entreprise individuelle under Bénéfices non commerciaux (BNC) - advantages are that it’s easy to set up and cheap to run from an accounting point of view. Cons are that all revenue eligible for social charges at 46%. Is that correct?
  2. Entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL) - more expensive to set up. Can add business partners later if needed. Can pay myself a salary and dividends?
  3. Société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU) - more expensive to set up. Can add business partners later if needed. Can pay myself a salary and then take the rest as dividends (with lower social charges). Adhere to regime generale, thus avoiding the RSI.
  4. Is my summary correct? If yes, I fail to see the benefit of the Entreprise individuelle/BNC option - am I missing something? From where I sit, an SASU would allow social security cover under the regime generale and would also allow profits to be taken as dividends with minimal social charges.

Any advice or points that I may have missed very welcome.
