Should I use CPAM social security number on auto-entrepreneur application?
Less than a week to go and I will be moving permanently to France. I already have two small freelance contracts lined up so I want to start the auto-entrepreneur application as soon as possible. For the last six months my husband has had an attestation / carte vitale from CPAM which we obtained using a workers S1 from UK based on my UK social security (national insurance) contributions. This gives him the carte vitale as my dependant but I still use UK health service / EHIC card as I am UK resident.
The CPAM attestation names me as the assure and him as the beneficiare. There are social security numbers for each of us and they are different numbers, mine starts with an 8 and his with a 7. Someone, I think it was our insurance guy when I did the mutuelle, said that these were temporary numbers, not sure if this is correct. The CPAM carte vitale expires end of October. When I fill in the on-line auto-entrepreneur application should I use these numbers where it asks if you already have a social security number?
Also, we don’t have a tax number as we have not yet made a taxe declation to Impots as 2012 we were UK resident. It is only 2013 that husband moved permanently and I will too. Should I go to see local Impots and get a number or will this come through via the auto-entrepreneur registration?
