Should we centralise the carte vitale in some way?
I have registered as auto-entrepreneur and hopefully got all the info right for Carte Vitale etc. What I wanted to ask was regards correct procedure regards my husband. He is registered disabled and has been given a carte vitale in his own name already within which he gets help with prescription costs etc. My daughters and I get some cover under his card. He also has a social security number etc but has not previously paid tax in France as has spent most of time in UK having treatments. He receives incapacity benefit from UK government paid direct to his French account and receives medical pension in the UK on which he is taxed. Should he make a tax declaration now? Should we centralise the carte vitale in some way? Just want to make sure doing things properly
