Social charges and two businesses under the one auto-entrepreneur?

I am an EU citizen (Spanish passport) but I have enrolled with the pole emploi recently to assist me in finding work as a environmental consultant in France. However, I am also yoga teacher and I will be offering classes from September. I have not applied for an auto-entrepreneur business but it seems to be the better option for both my yoga and consultancy business.

As I am with the pole emploi, would I be able to receive reduced social charges in the first year or so of my auto-entrepreneur contract even though I am not a French citizen but with pole emploi?
Can I have two distinct businesses (yoga and environmental consultancy) under the one auto-entrepreneur contract or do I need two?
