Sub contracting tax?

We are subcontracting some work here in France and I would like to make sure that we are definitely covering all our expenses before I send the final invoice.

  1. Can you confirm that the 23.9% tax is the final tax amount, i.e. it covers all social and local taxes?
  2. For subcontracting are there any other expenses that I should know about?
