Tax declaration forms

Hi,
We have not yet received any tax declaration forms in the post. 2018/19 is our first tax year in France and we have income to declare. We pay our Social Charges quarterly but chose not to pay the tax contribution at the same time as we were advised that we may well get 100% tax relief in our first year. Are the forms generic, and therefore downloadable from anywhere or are they produced on an individual basis?
