Tax Implications on moving to France?

I moved to France July 27th. I have a U.S. business that is finally receiving money from work I did in 2009. My company received around 40,000 euros this year of that I have paid myself 30,000 euros to date. I estimate another 30,000 euros by January 1 2015. I have not been able to set up what I believe is the best structure for my business, entreprise individuelle regime reel simplifié as this will take time.
- What are my tax obligations on the 30,000 euros to 40,000 euros prior to living here?
- Would my tax obligations be on the 30,000 euros I paid myself or the 40,000 euros my company earned?
- If it takes 2 months for me to get my long sejour and another to get my entreprise individuelle set up, how will I be taxed on the money I earned during the limbo period, prior to having an long sejour or entreprise individuelle?
- Depending on your answer to number 1, could I have a auto or micro entrepreneur with the 34,000 euros limit for this year?
- If I become an employee of a French company (completely different business) in September how will that affect my auto or micro entrepreneur and / or my entreprise individuelle limit / status?
