Taxe d’habitation and Micro Entrepreneur

I’m registered as Micro Entrepreneur for our Gite Business and have registered for a “Professional” Impots account and the RSI account. What we don’t have is a personal Impots account because you need a tax number to create this - supposedly it comes with the demand for Taxe D’Habitation - which we haven’t received - the Taxe Fonciere bill went to our old, temporary address but there’s no sign of the Habitation bill! What should I do?
