Turnover & taxes

I am selling an app on the app store. Apple takes 30% commission off the gross sales, and local taxes, eg TVA, VAT, are also deducted to arrive at the amount Apple pays me.

For example:

A) Gross Sale price (incl local taxes) = $3
B) Less Apple Commission = $1
C) Less local taxes = $0.50
D) Net sale = $1.50. (ie this is the amount I receive)

For my turnover declaration, do I declare A) gross sale price, even though this amount includes local TVA/VAT?
