TVA intracommunitaire and other requests

I’m an Italian establishing in France with my micro-entreprise (professions libérale) and starting to provide my services to clients based outside France (but within EU).

These are the steps I’ve done so far:
- Opened my micro-entreprise (via URSSAF)
- Received my notification d’affiliation (URSSAF) and certificat d’inscription (INSEE)
- Sent my request to URSSAF to update my address as I changed residence

Questions I have:
1) Where do I request my TVA intracommunitaire? I cannot find a clear answer online
2) Do I need to open another account somewhere besides URSSAF and Amelie (once I have gotten my permanent numéro de sécurité sociale)?
