Two Social Social Security Numbers with CPAM

I recently realised that I’ve created an account with URSSAF with a social security number provided by URSSAF but my CPAM one is different (though, the first 5 digits are the same).

My questions are:
1. Why are they different?
2. Does it matter?
3. And if so, do I have to update my URSSAF account to use my CPAM SSN?
