URSSAF cannot connect

I have tried many times to connect to URSSAF to pay my dues at the end of July.
I am told my password is incorrect, I request a new one and that is incorrect.
Is this an isolated incident and what do I do about it.
I did ring the helpline and got an automated message, however I did not understand it.
