What am I paying direction generale des finances publiques for?

On my bank statements I see two business related transactions that occur monthly:

URSSAF 477 euros
D.G.F.I.P (Direction Generale des Finances Publiques) 755 euros

I have no idea what the second one is for, do you? I haven’t received any bills or summaries or notices that I will be charged this amount. In addition to these two transactions I have to declare/pay social charges via net-entreprise, is this correct?
